ITASCA, Ill. — Hendrickson said the company’s 2018 communication campaign will be called “Engineered for Efficiency.”
“Hendrickson has been engineering for efficiency for more than 100 years and in 2018 we will re-emphasize this point to the commercial transportation vehicle industry” said Mark Slingluff, director of global marketing and communications at Hendrickson.
Slungluff said Hendrickson has a rich history of providing the right product for the right application.
“In 1926 our founder Magnus Hendrickson engineered for efficiency, producing the first tandem walking-beam truck suspension,” he said. “This technology is still being incorporated into next generation vocational suspension systems today.”
The engineered for efficiency philosophy has yielded some of the most innovative, durable, lightweight, and lowest life-cycle cost suspension systems and components in the global transportation industry, Slungluff said.
“The more components we can engineer, manufacture or influence, the better we can optimize the entire system, producing some of most efficient ride solutions available in the industry,” he added. “We’re focused on the areas our customers care about: weight reduction, durability, improved ride and handling, less maintenance, lower cost of ownership and ultimately, saving time. The mindset of “Engineered for Efficiency” helps us achieve these goals and in 2018 this mantra will be the focal point of our communications theme to the industry.
