GREEN BAY, Wis. — Having quick and easy access to information while out on the road is priceless for drivers.
To help its drivers stay current, Schneider, one of the nation’s largest truckload carriers in North America, has created Compass, a mobile app that’s a one-stop shop to view work assignments, scorecards, pay statements and general company information.
Compass provides Schneider drivers access to numerous features on their tablets and mobile devices, including:
Compass also features tools such as Track My Relay, instructional videos, e-books and copies of company policies and guidelines. Schneider will keep the driver’s experience top of mind, adding new features and tools to Compass based on their suggestions and feedback.
“The new Compass app is streamlined and offers a very intuitive user experience,” said Schneider driver Michael Waddington. “The necessary information for my job is right up front, allowing me to quickly access what I need, when I need it.”
To ensure safety first and always, Compass automatically disables while driving, regardless of device.

Schneider company drivers can access Compass on all company-issued devices and computers, as well as their personal devices.
The app is available for download in the Google Play store for Android users and Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad users. Drivers can, for their own convenience, access Compass on their personal computer by visiting compass.schneider.com.
