ST. JOSEPH, Minn. — A trucking company’s headquarters and eight big rigs burned to the ground in Minnesota on Tuesday.
According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, the fire at Huls Brothers Trucking in St. Wendel Township resulted in a total loss of the property.
Authorities said an employee saw some coming from one of the trucks in the shop, so he ran to get a fire extinguisher. However, the smoke was too thick to safely go back inside the building.
The fire is under investigation by the Minnesota Fire Marshall.
