OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Drivers Legal Plan (DLP), a national law firm specializing in CDL ticket defense for commercial truck drivers, announced a formal endorsement by the North Carolina Trucking Association (NCTA), the non-profit organization representing the trucking industry in the state.
