    Not really sure where car was when signal put on. But judging be speed car may have been in blindspot as trucker started to move over. I think truck may have been at fault for this one. He also did illegally cross solid lines to let other trucker in instead of slowing down and letting him merge. If this would have happened, car may not have been in a position to try and pass. And then of coarse running a stop sign.
